The Canadian Health Network (CHN) is a national, bilingual Internet-based health information service brought to you by Health Canada and major health organizations across the country. CHN provides the Canadian public and health intermediaries with links to reliable, quality Canadian resources that focus on health promotion and disease prevention topics. CHN features 26 different Health Centres that focus on major health topics and population groups (e.g. Mental Health, Active Living, Healthy Eating, Women). CHN's "Workplace Health Centre" contains numerous resources about balancing family and work, job safety, preventing work-related injuries, workplace stress, workplace health promotion and wellness programs. CHN also features FAQ's, international resources, health features articles and events.
